Prior to launching the BlueRunner Solutions E-Voucher Platform, Michelin-starred restaurant The Kitchin in trendy Edinburgh operated a manual voucher system. What The Kitchin team wanted was a fully automated system and as a result they launched the BlueRunner Solutions E-Voucher Platform in December 2015.

From an operational point of view the BlueRunner Solutions E-Voucher Platform has been a great introduction, as the voucher process is now managed centrally by head office and the teams locally can focus on service delivery. The platform has made the voucher process more efficient and has cut labour time and costs.
